We received feedback regarding contrast and visual issues with the product. I contacted each client who had provided related feedback to learn more about their issues and how we can improve. Many of the pages referenced in those interviews were older pages that were in an older visual style. That was reassuring that there were not any issues with the colors we were currently implementing, but disheartening that some of these contrast issues had been live for multiple years.
With each interview, I noted comments as positive feedback/ideas or as stressors. Many of the stressors pointed to lack of visual hierarchy due to color and layout issues. I reported my findings to the rest of the Product Team and we were able to bring greater focus to designing with more intentional and meaningful layouts.
